 If you run a payroll we will post the correct journals for each pay period. If you currently do not use a payroll system, we can set up an automated system for you. We will keep track of all your payroll transactions. This would include paychecks distributed to employees, deductions and taxes withheld from employee paychecks and employee share of benefit contributions and taxes.   

We will compare and reconcile company deposits to the business records in the bank statement, and we will make the necessary adjustments. We will make a record of any discrepancies.
