Ms. Pedersen began her career in finance management at a property management company, Cedar Management, handling the administration of their aged receivables, aged payables, as well as budgeting and preparation of monthly financial statements.  She then went on to become the business manager of All Services Management, an outdoor management company. 

 

She administered their business finances, including payroll, and developed procedures to improve productivity, which increased their bottom line.  After 17 years in the field, she created VBM with a mission to apply her years of experience to assist small business owners in reaching their financial goals while freeing up their time to focus on generating additional business.

Kenneth Barbalato

ADVISOR TO PRESIDENT

Mr. Barbalato has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry--most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Swiss American Securities Inc. (a member of the New York Stock Exchange and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse, the second-largest bank in Switzerland). He served on Swiss American’s Board of Directors, as well as Boards of several other Credit Suisse subsidiaries.
